Our office is open Monday – Friday from 8 am to 8 pm. We are also open on Saturdays from 8 am to 5 pm. Unfortunately, our pets don’t always cooperate with getting hurt or sick during our office hours. If there is an afterhours emergency for your pet we will refer you to the 24 hour emergency clinic located off the Camp Horne Exit of I-279.
On Sundays and major holidays, if you are a client and have an urgent concern that cannot wait until the next business day a doctor will be able to see you at 9 am or 5 pm on Sunday (or on the holiday itself) – do not call and leave a message, just arrive at BVA.
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, Cash and Personal Check. The cost of our Sunday and holiday emergency exam is $115. Additional charges may arise with further testing and diagnostics.
